Fusion Compliance Engine

The gate inside the seam.

SensoFuse enforces classification, releasability, and policy in the moment fusion happens — and seals every released picture, and every refusal, as evidence.

Where it sits

Between fusion and the picture.

Most controls live at an access perimeter, downstream of the decision. SensoFuse moves enforcement into the fusion seam itself, so a label is permitted, restricted, downgraded, or segregated before it is ever published.

01 — Upstream

Sensors and fusion

Heterogeneous feeds are correlated into candidate entities. SensoFuse is not a sensor, and it does not build the picture.

02 — The gate

SensoFuse

Every candidate disposition is checked against the policy set. The gate decides what is allowed onto the wire, with no operator in the loop.

03 — Downstream

The published picture

Only sanctioned dispositions reach the operating picture. The operator acts on a picture that is already compliant.

How it holds

Three properties that make it trustworthy.

Compliance is enforced by design, calibrated uncertainty governs when a label is withheld, and the decision is bounded to machine speed.

Property one

Compliance by design.

Policy enforcement lives inside the fusion seam, not bolted on at an access perimeter. Classification and releasability are settled before a disposition exists, never patched after the fact.

Property two

Aware of its own doubt.

The gate reads calibrated uncertainty as a reason to withhold a label and segregate the entity rather than mislabel it. It is the system deciding when it cannot be trusted.

Property three

Bounded to machine speed.

Each decision is bounded and resolved at the speed of fusion, adding no perceptible latency. The gate never becomes the thing that slows the picture down.

The four verbs

Permit, restrict, downgrade, segregate.

Every entity that crosses the seam is resolved into exactly one disposition.

Permit

The disposition clears the policy set. It is published with a signed, alliance-interoperable label, signed at the point of fusion.

Restrict

Release is denied for this audience. The gate emits a signed refusal instead of a label, and the refusal is itself evidence.

Downgrade

The entity is released at a lower marking than its source, under a policy rule that is machine-checkable rather than discretionary.

Segregate

Calibrated uncertainty is too high to label safely. The entity is held apart, surfaced as unresolved, and never asserted as fact.

The record

Every disposition is evidence.

A permit carries a signed label. A refusal carries a signed refusal. Both are sealed into a tamper-evident, independently-verifiable trail — and the policy set itself is formally verified.

Lineage

Sealed at the source

The label travels with the entity, signed at the point of fusion, so provenance and marking arrive together and cannot drift apart.

Audit

A trail that holds

Permits and refusals alike land in a tamper-evident audit trail that any party can verify on its own, after the fact.

Assurance

Proven safe

The safety of the policy set is machine-checkable. The rules are formally verified, so the gate's behaviour is known before it ever runs.

In the picture

What the operator sees.

A representative view of compliant dispositions, refusals, and segregated entities surfaced for the operator to act on.

Flagship program — in active development

See the gate decide.

SensoFuse runs today as a representative lab demonstration on synthetic, open data. It is not a fielded or operational deployment. We walk qualified teams through the seam, the four verbs, and the evidence trail.
